When you send a request, a loan estimate or a chat message, we receive what you type: your name, your phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and the details of the car you are looking for.
Questions in the chat are answered by an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic). The conversation is saved so that a manager can continue it.
We use Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel to see how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and the device and browser. Clarity hides what is typed into forms and the chat.
To answer you and work on your request, to improve the site, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your information.
The services that process it for us are Microsoft (Clarity), Meta (Pixel), Anthropic (the chat assistant) and Google (our email). Microsoft describes how it handles data in its privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
